EMG电动门调试方法
1,首先删除出先前设定的限位,方法如下:
1, first delete the previously set limit, the method is as follows:
先按下Learn (LT)按扭,在把S1拨扭开关移至Learn位置。大约过十秒就地指示灯(开、关两只指示灯)开始闪亮。这表示执行前一进入调试状态。大约在过20秒两指示灯熄灭,这表示正在删除先前设定限位。大约在过35秒,便可松开Learn (LT)按扭,两指示灯回重新闪亮,此时先前设定已被删除,并且此时执行器进入了Learn(调试)状态。
Press the Learn button (LT), the S1 toggle switch to Learn position. After about ten seconds on the spot lights (opening and closing two indicator light starts to flash). This means that the previous entry debug state is executed. The light is extinguished about 20 seconds two seconds, which means that a previously set limit is being deleted. 2,行程开、关设定,方法如下:

A,     设定关限位:把S2拨到CLOSE,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到CLOSE位置,此时CLOSE由闪烁变常亮。说明关限位行程已设置完毕。

B,   设定开限位:把S2拨到OPEN,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到OPEN位置,此时OPEN由闪烁变常亮。说明开限位行程已设置完毕。
B, set the open limit: the S2 dial to OPEN, the electric actuator to the fully closed position. (Note: the actuator at any time through the S2 dial to the STOP position to stop) then the S2 STOP button back position, press the Learn function key at the same time, again the S2 dial to the OPEN position, the OPEN by the flicker light. 注:1)当执行器离开设定终端位置时,开关指示灯又会闪烁。只有两个终端位置都设置完毕,并退出Learn状态。指示灯才能在两个终端位置正常指示。
Note: 1) when the actuator leaves the set terminal position, the switch indicator will flicker again. Only two terminal locations are set up and exit the Learn state. The indicator can be indicated normally at two terminal locations.
2)在设定某一终端行程限位时,当故障报警灯(红灯)长亮时,说明已超出机械限位极限或超出执行器力矩范围。此时执行器回调,直到故障灯熄灭。
2) when setting a terminal travel limit, when the failure alarm light (red light) is long and bright, it indicates that it has exceeded the mechanical limit limit or exceeds the actuator torque range. At this point the executor callback until the fault lights go out.
3)当执行器的两个终端位置设定完毕后需更改某一限位设置时,可以按上述调试方法,只需重新设置需要更改的某一限位即可,无需对两个限位同时进行设置。

4)调试之前把S1.4,S1.5拨到OFF,S2.7拨到ON。

3,力矩设定,方法如下:

若在调试过程之中在开的过程之中,出现报警灯(红灯)长亮时,如果不是挡板内部卡住,此时便需把力矩改大(注:最大不能超过95%)。可通过对组合传感器中的R9,R10进行调整。其中R9代表关向力矩值,R10代表开向力矩值。
If in the process of commissioning, when the alarm lamp (red light) is long and bright, if it is not jammed inside the baffle, it will need to increase the torque at the moment. (Note: the maximum should not exceed 95%). It can be adjusted by R9 and R10 in the combined sensor. The R9 represents the value of the turning moment, and the R10 represents the open - direction moment value.
4,执行机构开、关指示与挡板实际开、关相反时限位设定,方法如下:

打开执行机构的就地操作盖,把S3.8拨向ON即可。但此时若出现红灯报警,可继续调试,当进入调试状态时,报警就会消失了。便可按上述方法调试。

5,执行机构接线端子如下:

1)开关型:开指令:4、20,关指令:3、20,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7,

故障:5、10,1、21短接。
Failure: 5, 10, 1, 21 short connection.
2)调节型:指令:22、24,阀位反馈:23、24,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7,

故障:5、10,1、21短接,2,20短接。
Failure: 5, 10, 1, 21 short connection, 2, 20 short connection.
3)此接线端子中开、关反馈,故障中的三根公共端都接到5上,切记不要把三根正端接到一起。

注:调节型调试方法同开关型。
